How to use templates?

In ~/sparx/templates directory, there are some templates which can be modified for some frequently needed task.

randomize2d.py: This is a program to apply random alignment parameters to 2D images, then invert the transformation and store parameters in headers so transform2d.py will produce properly aligned image series.

3dg.py: This is a program that generates a stack of 2-D projections with different defocus values from a 3-D object using gridding method. This stack is then used to reconstruct the 3-D object and the FSC curve is calculated.

import_SPIDER_refi.py: This is a program that import into SPARX results of SPIDER refinement done using a setup that involves defocus groups.
